From mushrooms to herbs (even trees) this small intricate knife does more per square inch than most.

We wanted a more earthy, natural finish to this knife so we could not go past using beautiful olive wood for the handle. The blonde timber with its random darker veins going through it makes the perfect handle and feels nice in the hand. We have Olive groves all around us where we live in Australia so this choice for handle wood just feels like the right choice.
